Delivery and Returns Policy

2. Order Fulfillment Time

  • Order fulfillment time is usually between 24 hours and 7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and product availability. Detailed information on fulfillment time can be found on the product page.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Tracking the Shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to a page where they can track the delivery status.

5. Delivery Problems

  • In case of delivery issues such as delays, damages to the shipment or non-delivery, please contact our customer service department by email: [info@brandme.clothing] or by phone: [570400190].

  • The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of damage to the shipment or non-compliance with the order. Complaints must be filed within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

III. Returns Policy

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. Return Procedure

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his/her decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) to the following address: [info@brandme.clothing].

  • The customer may use the model withdrawal form available on the store's website, but this is not obligatory.

  • Returned products must be unused, clean and in original packaging.

3. Return Costs

  • The customer bears the direct costs of returning the products.

4. Refund of Payment

  • In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the customer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.

  • We will make the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
