Online store regulations www.brandme.clothing

I. General provisions

1. Internet shop www.brandme.clothing (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is run by Unicat Konrad Nosek with its registered office in Krzemienica, Krzemienica 483, 37-127 Krzemienica, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP: 8151745280, REGON: 180858588 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

3. The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders for products available in the Store, delivering ordered products, paying the sales price, the Buyer's right to withdraw from the contract and the rules for submitting and considering complaints.

II. Rules for using the Store

1. The use of the Store is possible provided that the Buyer's IT system meets the minimum technical requirements.
2. The Buyer is obliged to use the Store in a manner consistent with the law and good customs.
3. The condition for placing an order in the Store is to read and accept these Regulations.

III. Ordering Procedure

1. The store sells products via the Internet.
2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
3. To place an order, the Buyer must add the selected product to the cart, complete the order form, providing the necessary personal data and shipping details, and then confirm the order.
4. After placing the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

IV. Payments and prices

1. Product prices are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT.
2. The buyer can choose the following payment methods:
   • Transfer to the Seller's bank account.
   • Payment via electronic payment system.
     
     
3. Shipping costs are specified during the ordering process and depend on the chosen form of delivery.

V. Delivery

1. The ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the order form.
2. The order fulfillment time is from 2 to 7 business days from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account.
3. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure to deliver products or delays in delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Buyer.

VI. Right of withdrawal from the contract

1. The Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered product.
2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
3. The Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.
4. The costs of returning the product are borne by the Buyer.

VII. Complaints

1. The Seller undertakes to deliver products free from defects.
2. If any product defects are found, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint.
3. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Seller's registered office address or via e-mail.
4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Buyer about further proceedings.

VIII. Personal data protection

1. The administrator of personal data is Unicat Konrad Nosek.
2. The Buyer's personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and, if the Buyer has consented, for marketing purposes.
3. The Buyer has the right to access and correct their data.

IX. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. Changes to the Regulations will be effective from the moment they are published on the Store's website.
3. Any disputes related to contracts concluded via the Store will be resolved by competent Polish courts.
