Online Store Regulations www.brandme.clothing

I. General Provisions

1. The online store www.brandme.clothing (hereinafter "Store") is operated by Unicat Konrad Nosek, with its registered office in Krzemienica, Krzemienica 483, 37-127 Krzemienica, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP: 8151745280, REGON: 180858588 (hereinafter "Seller").

3. The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders for products available in the Store, delivering ordered products, paying the sales price, the Buyer's right to withdraw from the contract, and the rules for submitting and processing complaints.

II. Rules for using the Store

1. Using the Store is possible provided that the Buyer's ICT system meets the minimum technical requirements.
2. The Buyer is obliged to use the Store in a manner consistent with the law and good customs.
3. A condition for placing an order in the Store is reading and accepting these Regulations.

III. Order placement procedure

1. The Store sells products via the Internet.
2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
3. To place an order, the Buyer must add the selected product to the cart, fill in the order form, providing the necessary personal data and shipping details, and then confirm the order.
4. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an email confirming the acceptance of the order.

IV. Payments and prices

1. Product prices are given in Polish zlotys and include all components, including VAT.
2. The Buyer can choose the following payment methods:
   • Bank transfer to the Seller's bank account.
   • Payment via an electronic payment system.
     
     
3. Delivery costs are specified in the order placement process and depend on the chosen delivery method.

V. Delivery

1. Ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the order form.
2. The order fulfillment time is from 2 to 7 working days from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account.
3. The Seller is not responsible for non-delivery of products or delays in delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Buyer.

VI. Right of withdrawal from the contract

1. The Buyer, being a consumer, has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the ordered product.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
3. The Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract.
4. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the product.

VII. Complaints

1. The Seller undertakes to deliver products free from defects.
2. In the event of finding product defects, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint.
3. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Seller's registered office address or via email.
4. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Buyer of further proceedings.

VIII. Personal data protection

1. The administrator of personal data is Unicat Konrad Nosek.
2. The Buyer's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and, if the Buyer has given consent, for marketing purposes.
3. The Buyer has the right to access and correct their data.

IX. Final Provisions

1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Changes to the Regulations will be effective from the moment they are published on the Store's website.
3. Any disputes related to contracts concluded via the Store will be resolved by the competent Polish common courts.
