1. What exactly does BrandMe.clothing offer? (What we do) We specialize in providing premium ready-made clothing bases (hoodies, T-shirts in fashionable cuts, including oversized and boxy) and their comprehensive customization. We create clothing for fashion brands, event agencies, and companies. We apply your graphics using the latest techniques: precise computer embroidery, durable screen printing, DTF, DTG, and 3D prints. Additionally, we offer a "White Label" service, which is a complete rebranding of clothing under your brand.
2. How is your clothing made and from what? (How we do it) Our production is backed by a Polish sewing factory with 14 years of experience. We do not import cheap promotional clothing from Asia. We use only certified (OEKO-TEX®) premium knitwear that is dimensionally stable (does not shrink in washing) and highly resistant to pilling. We sew, brand, and finish each product on-site in Poland, giving us 100% quality control.
3. What is the step-by-step order process? Our process is maximally simplified and designed for creators:

Step 1: Base selection. You choose the clothing model you are interested in (e.g., Hoodie Oversize Heavy) and its color.

Step 2: Personalization. You send us your graphic design (logo, graphic) and choose the branding location.

Step 3: Re-branding (Optional). If you wish, you provide us with your own woven labels, and we sew them into the clothing.

Step 4: Production. You approve the visualization, pay for the order, and our machinery gets to work.

Step 5: Delivery. The finished, ironed, and packed product goes directly to your door or directly to your client.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? At BrandMe, there is no minimum order quantity! We fulfill production from just 1 piece. This is an ideal solution if you want to test a new design, launch a limited drop for fans, or simply reorder one company hoodie for a new employee, without freezing capital in the warehouse.
5. How long does production and shipping take? Because the entire process takes place in our Polish sewing factory, we operate much faster than the competition.

Single pieces and samples: We usually fulfill and ship within a few working days.

Larger batches and collections: The time is determined individually depending on the complexity of the prints and machine workload, but this process is incomparably faster than traditional sewing orders or waiting for deliveries from abroad.
6. Can I order a test piece (sample) before a larger production run? Of course! We even encourage it. Before investing in a larger batch of goods for an event or your store, order one test piece from us with your own branding. Check the cotton weight, cut, and the quality and durability of our print or embroidery live.
7. What is the White Label service (sewing in your own labels)? If you are creating your own clothing brand, your customers want to see your logo on the label. As part of the White Label service, we remove all our markings from the clothes and precisely sew in your own woven labels (e.g., in the neck). You must order the labels yourself (e.g., from the Polish manufacturer TAWO.pl) and send them to us. We will take care of the rest, creating a 100% original retail product for you.
8. Which branding techniques are best for my project? You don't have to know – our team will be happy to advise you! As a rule:

Computer embroidery: Ideal for elegant, smaller corporate logos on the chest (requires thicker material).

Screen printing: Best and most cost-effective for larger orders with graphics with a small number of colors (e.g., concert merch).

DTG / DTF: Indispensable for orders from 1 piece and for multi-color graphics, photos, and complex tonal transitions (gradients).
